K&N Rain Sock fits DK OUTLAW HiFlow-587 Air Cleaners

MADE in The USA!

FEATURES & SPECS:

  • Genuine K&N Filter Wrap
  • Type:  Drycharger
  • Silicone Treated Polyester
  • Made in The USA!

The K&N Drycharger® is a silicone treated, polyester wrap that is made to cover K&N Air Filters or Personal Watercraft Flame Arrestors. These Drychargers, which are similar to the K&N Prechargers, contain uniform micron sized openings that allow high air flow. Yet, due to the Drychargers silicone treated polyester wrap, the amount of water that reaches the air filter or flame arrestor is limited.

Added security against Rain Review by Tim
I haven't used this yet but it's added security against rain. It's something that I will keep in my saddle bag for rainy days. (Posted on 3/13/2023)

Must have for 587 air cleaners Review by Nicholas
Fits perfect on my 587 air cleaner w/clear cover. I know the clear cover is a bit thicker than other covers but the rain sock still fits perfectly. Rained on while stuck at work and on the way home a couple times now and no sign of rain inside the filter (which is visible with the clear lens). Looks good too! If it rained while at work, I had to run out and put a bag over the filter. Those days are done. (Posted on 4/14/2021)

Nice Try Review by Matt
I bought this for my 587 air cleaner. It's a little too narrow to make installing this a quick job. If it was an inch wider installation would be a snap. As it is, I have to play with it to make sure the filter is covered. (Posted on 12/12/2019)
