This Outlaw HiFlow 828 System will give your Sportster the Air it needs to Produce Maximum Power.  CLEAN AIR - No dirty air routed back in! AND, it is one of the Lowest Profile High Flow Intakes available.

*VENTILATOR COVER FITMENT NOTE: The billet cover that comes with this has a threaded hole in the center that allows you to bolt up a Ventilator Cover to it. 

Even though you do not typically see a Ventilator Cover on a Sportster, it is relatively easy to acquire a cover and give your Sporty a unique look, along with a 360 degree intake.

This kit DOES NOT include a Ventilator Cover.  There are photos of some of the Ventilator covers that will bolt onto this 828 System.  

This is Not designed to fit the Ventilator covers that fit the tapered filter elements, like found on most M8's. (see photos)

You can run this 828 with a Ventilator Cover you already have, or you can order a Ventilator Cover from Harley directly, or from a HD Dealership...Just make sure it is a cover that is like those pictured in the photos here...NOT one made for the tapered filter element.

The 6061 Billet Backplate was designed for maximum flow and minimum impact on rider leg clearance, with only 2" from Throttle Body/Carb to Outside Surface of Cover.

When choosing between the  Breather systems, it is helpful to know-

 1.  All the Breather Bolt function the same, it is just a matter of which color you prefer.

 2.  All  the Hose and Filter - Catch-Can EB Systems function the same with the Outlaw Air Cleaners, it is a matter of which system you like the looks of the best. 

The Transformer™ is the Ultimate External Breather System, that Doubles as a Support Bracket and can be Transformed into an EPA (Emissions) Compliant System. It fits all Outlaw Air Cleaners.

 This Performance Air Intake is CNC cut by DK Custom Products in the USA.  This particular Model is for use with a Straight Ventilator Cover.  See photos.

This is a Sleeper Mod.  Once Installed with a Ventilator Cover, You Cannot See a Visual Difference. 

EXCEPT, it is Lower Profile AND It Has Much Better Flow of ONLY CLEAN Air, so

There is A Very Nice Performance Improvement.

You can upgrade to the Outlaw HiFlow 828 Air Cleaner System without doing any dyno work, or adding tuners, IF you leave the stock exhaust in place.

The EPA has required Harley to route dirty, oily crankcase air back into the air cleaner compromising the performance of your engine. The External Breather System vents it without compromising the performance or longevity of your motor.
