How is the CFL achieved?

First, each part is prepped, then it is painted black.  Next each part is hand-dipped, using the Hydrographics procedure, to get the Carbon Fiber Film on the part.  Finally, each part receives a Durable Clear Coat Finish.

Because each part is hand-dipped, by a human being, each part is a unique one-off piece. There can be small variances in the finish and lines.  Only surfaces that are visible on the part when it is installed have the CFL, and the fiber lines curve with the curves in the metal.

Note:  The CFL finish is very difficult to photograph. Because of the unique refractive qualities of the CFL, the look varies depending on light source and angle

When choosing between the 6 Breather systems, it is helpful to know-

1.  All three Breather Bolt function the same, it is just a matter of which color you prefer.

2.  All three of the Hose and Filter Breathers function the same with the Outlaw Air Cleaners, it is a matter of which system you like the looks of the best. 

 The Transformer™ is the Ultimate External Breather System, that Doubles as a Support Bracket and can be Transformed into an EPA (Emissions) Compliant System. It fits all Outlaw Air Cleaners.

This System comes with a Carbon Fiber Look Finished Face Plate Cover.

You can upgrade to the Outlaw HiFlow 425 Air Cleaner System without doing any dyno work or adding tuners IF you leave the stock exhaust in place.

This kit comes with both a Stainless and a Brass Acorn Fastener for the Cover. 

There are Optional A/C Cover Fasteners that you can add to your order. 

44 Magnum, The Gripper, Tri-Speed, Speed, Tri-Shield and Mini-Tri-Shield.  Any of these will add to Your Bikes Unique Look. 

Fitment:

2000-2015 Softail (cable operated throttle)

2016-UP Softail (Throttle by Wire TBW)

2000-Up Dyna (cable operated throttle)

2000-2007 Touring (cable operated throttle)

2008-Up Touring (Throttle by Wire TBW) The 425 will NOT fit, the 587 will.

If you have a 2008-Up Touring Model or a 2016-UP Softail, it has Throttle by Wire (TBW) and the Outlaw HiFlow 425 will NOT fit.  The Outlaw HiFlow 587 WILL fit. (it is not a matter of air flow, Throttle by Wire throttle body that is incompatible with the 425.

The EPA has required Harley to route dirty, oily crankcase air back into the air cleaner compromising the performance of your engine. The Outlaw Breathers vents it without compromising the performance or longevity of your motor.
