The Outlaw HiFlow 828 System will give your Twin Cam the Air it needs to Produce Maximum Power.  CLEAN AIR - No dirty air routed back in! AND, it is one of the Lowest Profile High Flow Intakes available.

This cover is made to fit any of the M8 Ventilator Badges/Medallions. The M8 Medallion it is not included! 

This System is TURN-KEY.  It comes with everything you need to replace the restrictive stock air cleaner.

This is a must for at Stage 1- IV Upgrades.

 You can upgrade to the Outlaw HiFlow 828 Air Cleaner without doing any dyno work or adding tuners IF you leave the stock exhaust in place.

Replace the Restrictive stock air cleaner on your Twin Cam and wake it up!

The 6061 Billet Backplate was designed for maximum flow and minimum impact on rider leg clearance, with only 2" from Throttle Body/Carb to Outside Surface of Cover.

Included: Your Choice of Brass, Black or Polished Aluminum Breathers.  Or you can choose one of the Hose & Filter Breather Systems for venting- The Traditional or the Discrete.  To see full details on ALL these choices Click HERE.

When choosing between the 6 Breather systems, it is helpful to know-

1.  All three Breather Bolt function the same, it is just a matter of which color you prefer.

2.  All of the Hose and Filter or Catch-Can  Breathers function the same with the Outlaw Air Cleaners, it is a matter of which system you like the looks of the best.

The Transformer™ is the Ultimate External Breather System, that Doubles as a Support Bracket and can be Transformed into an EPA (Emissions) Compliant System. It fits all Outlaw Air Cleaners.

The EPA has required Harley to route dirty, oily crankcase air back into the air cleaner compromising the performance of your engine. The Outlaw Breathers vents it without compromising the performance or longevity of your motor.

The Aluminum Billet Machine Finish Cover Prepped for the OEM Medallion is CNC cut by DK Custom Products in the USA.  It has a Machine Cut Finish with a Spiral pattern.  However, it is smooth to the touch and can be polished into a mirror finish in 15-30 minutes.

Fitment:

2000-2015 Softail (cable operated throttle)

2016-Up Softail (Throttle by Wire TBW)

2000-Up Dyna (cable operated throttle)

2000-2007 Touring (cable operated throttle)

2008-Up Touring (Throttle by Wire TBW)

If you have a 2008-Up Touring Model, or a 2016-UP Softail, it has Throttle by Wire (TBW) and you must check the TBW option above to get the correct backplate.

(The Twin Cam Ventilator Badge/Medallion is a different shape/size & will not fit) 

 **This Air Cleaner System comes with a Support Bracket.  If you already have an aftermarket support bracket for your cable operated bike,  you may click the box above and save $22.  

If you have a Throttle-By-Wire bike, you have a black Support Bracket already and you may click the box above and save $22.
